We help companies finding optimal solutions, ensuring objectivity – we represent only the tenant. We do not represent the landlord/owner, thus avoiding conflicts of interest.
We draw on over 20 years of experience in negotiating and renegotiating lease agreements, analyzing service charges, and understanding the office real estate market.
We manage the renegotiation or relocation process from start to finish, not only from the signing of the lease or amendment, but also through to the handover of the finished office after completion of the fit-out work.
Our services are free for tenants. Our fee is covered by the Landlord/Owner, who acquires a new Tenant in return or retains their Tenant for a longer period.
